Importance of Article II

This article is very important because it defines the laws the President can and can't do. The President is responsible for the people. He is not a King but a Commander in Chief of the military. He has to take an oath of office or he is not fully the President. This Article states that he has to be 35 years old. He could make treaties with a country that wants to destroy us, but Article II implys that the Senate must agree. All these laws are necessary for the presidency to be running smoothly.
